Terms Of Hire

• Projects are priced per job.
• A deposit of 1/3 up front is required for any job over $2000.
• Writing projects include two rounds of revision. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
• If, for any reason, the project is terminated after completion, the writer is entitled to the full fee. If the project is terminated during the copywriting phase, the writer is entitled to payment based on hours invested up to that point.
• I reserve the right to charge additional “rush fees” of at least 25% of the fee for jobs with a deadline of 48 hours or less. Rush jobs assigned on Thursday or Friday and due on Monday or Tuesday may incur a fee of at least 50% of the agreed upon fee.
